The spacious 4-bedroom unit fit our family well, and the pool was a nice touch for relaxation, especially on hot days. minor issues like the need for larger fridges and better kitchen amenities slightly marred the experience. it was a comfortable stay.

Lovely modern accommodation with fantastic setting next to Sovereign Hill Museum and attraction, Ballarat-the city centre and the establishment. Plenty of fabulous food. All in all good value.

The amenities were great, but I did wish for more staff presence, especially for wifi issues. It was a good place to relax with friends, close to attractions. Definitely had its perks!

It was real GOOD stay, I didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again. The location was absolutely perfect, so close to Ballarat for a wedding, Sovereign Hill and Sovereign Views Apartments in Ballarat lovely clean rooms courteous and helpful staff.

The twin beds I had reserved were instead replaced with a cozy double bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Although the room wasn't serviced daily, everything was tidy and well-organized, with generous space for our belongings.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The kitchen area, while convenient, needed a more thorough cleaning, particularly the greasy stove and overhead cupboards.

We were travelling around Australia thus had the accompanying luggage. There was no space for 2 suitcases so we had to put one on top of the workbench. If staying longer I would advise getting a 2-bedroom apartment.

Will Be Staying Again

The location is fantastic, situated just a stone's throw away from the iconic Sovereign Hill. This made our busy travel schedule much easier, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. The apartment itself was neat, tidy, and cozy, complete with a kitchenette that had all the essentials. I really appreciated that the room was warm and welcoming when I arrived on a chilly day. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I even found a lovely Indian restaurant just a short walk away, which added to the overall experience.

A Nice Stay in Ballarat

I had long wanted to visit the Gold Museum, known for its fascinating displays of Ballarat’s rich history. Choosing the Sovereign for its proximity was the perfect decision. I was pleasantly surprised by the open-plan dining and living area that featured a large 50-inch flat-screen TV, making family evenings good. The apartment was not only modern but also conveniently located just a short walk from the museum and nearby Lake Esmond Botanical Park.

The check-in process felt impersonal, as it was entirely contactless, and I missed a friendly welcome from staff.

very clean, excellent facilities, loved the kitchenette with all the supplies.

the very late check in and very early check out times. We would have liked to sleep in till ten, but had to check out at ten, so it was not a relaxed morning departure, especially when young children are involved.

I felt bad wasting so much water, and honestly, it was frustrating and kind of annoying!

The apartment I had was well-lit, clean, and equipped with a functional kitchen that made self-catering easy. I appreciated the good Wi-Fi and the availability of cutlery and plates. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff was accommodating. It was also nice that there was ample parking, making the experience hassle-free overall.
